How do I cancel my recurring plan?

You can cancel any time — no fees, no questions asked. Just contact us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled service by emailing shilohvdp@gmail.com. Your card will not be charged for any service cancelled with at least 48 hours notice.

When will my card be charged?

Your card is never charged upfront. We only charge after your clean is complete and you're satisfied with the results.

How do the recurring plans work?

After your first clean, your plan renews automatically — every 28 days for Monthly, or every 56 days for Bi-Monthly. We'll clean your bins within 2–3 days of each renewal date and send you a reminder email 3 days before each upcoming service.

Does my trash can need to be empty before you clean it?

Nope — no need to do anything beforehand. We clean your bins regardless. Any excess trash or residue gets bagged up and placed back inside your bin, so everything stays tidy.

Do I need to be home?

Nope! Just leave your bins at the curb and make sure your outdoor water spigot is accessible. We'll take care of everything while you're at work or going about your day.

What do I need to have available?

An outdoor water spigot (hose bib) at your property is required. We bring all our own equipment and cleaning supplies.

How many bins are included?

Every plan includes 2 bins — typically your trash can and recycling bin.
